這是一次令人非常失望的體驗，也是整趟日本旅途中唯一的不愉快事件！我們六個人在 2024 年 12 月 16 日晚上 10:33 至 17 日凌晨 4:33 休息了 6 小時（每人收費 4000 日元）。櫃檯的大叔態度友善，但其中一位豐腴的女員工服務態度極差，對外籍旅客極不友好，甚至讓我感受到歧視。

1. 淋浴與梳洗的使用規定混亂且差別對待： 店內淋浴需要額外付費，這點可以接受，但對於簡單梳洗（如洗臉、刷牙）並無明確告示是否需收費或禁止。我的朋友在某個 restroom 內梳洗時，該女員工態度非常差的要求朋友把地板擦乾淨。 後來我和另一位朋友問是否有適合梳洗的場所，她帶我們到正在打掃的廁所，並規定我們使用後需擦乾洗手台並向她報告。我們本以為這是店內統一規定，所以即使對她的態度不滿也選擇忍耐。然而，稍後有一位日本顧客也進去梳洗，該員工卻完全沒有要求對方清潔，態度也十分友善。這讓我們懷疑，是否只有日本籍顧客才能享受不同待遇？讓人感覺自己是來打工清潔的，而不是來消費的顧客。
2. 時間還剩下至少 5 分鐘便提早退房，等待結帳的時候想要按一杯咖啡就被阻止了，同樣是那位態度很差的女員工，她說退房後就無法使用店內的咖啡機，但我們不是還有5分鐘嗎(04:28)？尚未退房的朋友幫忙按了一杯咖啡，想說在門口喝完立即就走，但被這名員工告知立即get out。果然在收到錢後就換了一張臉，規則明訂延遲退房需要多收費，但我們時間還沒完全結束就被無情驅離了，連一分鐘喝咖啡的時間都不給你。

整間店的標示幾乎只有日文，規則也不清楚，顧客完全無法預先了解服務細則。而且，從我們的經驗和其他網友的評論來看，類似情況屢次發生，特別是針對講中文的外籍旅客。如果有其他選擇，我強烈建議避開這間店。即使在 T2 航站樓過夜，可能都比這裡令人愉悅。服務態度差、規則不清且可能存在歧視行為，這絕不是一間值得光顧的店。希望管理方能夠正視問題，改善服務品質。 This was an extremely disappointing experience and the only unpleasant incident during our entire trip to Japan. We stayed here from 10:33 PM on December 16, 2024, to 4:33 AM on December 17, 2024, for a total of 6 hours (¥4,000 per person). While the male staff at the counter was friendly, one plump female staff member exhibited terrible service, was extremely unfriendly to foreign travelers, and even made me feel discriminated against. 1.The facility charges extra for showers, which is understandable. However, there weren’t any clear signs saying whether basic washing (wash face or brush teeth) was allowed or not. My friend used the restroom to freshen up, and the female staff rudely told her to clean the floor afterward. Later, another friend and I asked if there was a place to wash up, and she pointed us to a restroom she was cleaning. She told us to wipe the sink dry after using it and then report back to her. Assuming this was just a general rule, we put up with her bad attitude, even though we weren’t happy about it. But then, shortly after, we saw a Japanese customer use the same restroom to freshen up, and the staff didn’t ask her to clean anything or act rudely toward her. It really made us wonder—do only Japanese customers get better treatment here? It felt like we were being treated more like hired cleaners than paying customers. 2. We still had at least 5 minutes left before check-out time, but as I was waiting to settle the bill, I tried to grab a cup of coffee and was stopped by the same rude female staff member. She claimed that the coffee machine couldn’t be used after check-out. But wasn’t it 04:28, and our check-out time was 04:33? A friend of ours, who hadn’t checked out yet, helped brew a cup for me. I thought I could drink it by the door and leave right away, but the staff member rudely told us to “get out immediately.” It’s like her attitude completely flipped once they had our money. While they clearly state late check-outs will cost extra, we were kicked out before our time was even up and weren’t even allowed a minute to finish the coffee. Unbelievable.

Almost all the signs in the store are in Japanese, and the rules are super unclear, making it impossible for customers to know the details in advance. Based on our experience and other online reviews, it seems incidents like this happen often—especially to Mandarin-speaking foreign travelers. If you have other options, I strongly suggest avoiding this place. Even spending the night at Terminal 2 would probably be a better experience. The staff’s poor attitude, unclear rules, and what feels like discriminatory behavior make this place far from worth it. Similar complaints have been raised by other customers in the past, but it’s clear the management hasn’t done anything to improve. Overall, this is absolutely not a place I’d recommend.
