Pretty easy experience overall. We didn’t have a reservation for the car ferry, but as soon as we arrived, the staff were very organised. Most of them spoke Japanese, but there was a clear English sign showing destinations, so we could just point to where we were going. They asked if we already had tickets, and when we didn’t, they directed us to the right booth for tickets and info.
