【施設名】徳島城跡「鷲の門」(わしのもん) 【住　所】徳島県徳島市城の内　徳島城跡🏯 【規　格】間口:7.78m、奥行:3.21m、高さ:7.73m 【休　日】年中無休 【営　業】２４時間参拝可能 【駐車場】なし 【照　明】夕暮れから22時までライトアップ 【復　元】 徳島市出身の学校経営者の吉井ツルヱさんにより 1988年12月27日から復元を開始し、1989年9月 15日に完成しました。 1989年9月27日、徳島市市制100年を記念し寄 贈されました。 【特　徴】 こちらの鷲の門（わしのもん）は、徳島県徳島市徳島町城内の徳島中央公園にある、かつての「徳島城」🏯の城門です。 実物は、戦失し現在の門は復元されたものです。 北の出入口の反対側には、復元記念碑（高さ2m×幅2m×厚み0.5m）の石碑が1990年 3月に設置されたました。 その右側には、江戸時代の現内町地区の地理を示 した地図「うちまちの昔」（1992年3月設置）があ ります。 また、門のすぐ南外側には徳島中央公園が1989 年7月「日本の都市公園100選」に選定された旨の 碑があります。

2025年1月17日に訪問。 徳島中央公園、そして徳島城址の入口にある門です。 飾り瓦の獅子が可愛かった。 かつては徳島城の表口門。幕府に和紙を飼うからと申し立て建造したことから「鷲の門」の名がついたとか。 廃藩置県で城郭が取り壊されても残った唯一の建物ですが、1945年7月4日の徳島大空襲で焼失。1989年9月27日に徳島市政百周年を記念して個人の方が復元寄贈。復元には1936年に県立工業学校建築科の実測図を利用したとのこと。
