Chofu City Cultural Hall Tazukuri — Attraction in Tokyo

This is a 12 floor modern building with many spacious rooms and a couple of restaurants. It's a very short walk from Chofu station. Many classes are offered here. I teach a 12 member English class every Wednesday on either the 3rd or 12th floor. I prefer the 12th floor, because there is an observation room where you can view Mt Fuji. It is now covered in snow. 展望台からの景色が調布近辺を一望できていい感じだと思います。しかも無料です。ただ、都心の展望台には及ばないので、そこは期待しすぎない方がいいです。 コロナ前はランチビュッフェが安価でやっていたので、非常によく利用していました。また復活しないかなと思ってます。 たまに2回で地域の展示も出ていて、調布の人の文化レベルの高さに驚かされます。さすが、水木しげるのゆかりの地、絵が上手な人が非常に多いです。 以上、ご参考になれば嬉しいです！いいねよろしくお願いします！ I think the view from the observatory is nice because you can see the whole Chofu area. And it's free. However, it is not as good as the observatory in the city center, so don't expect too much from it. Before Corona, they used to have an inexpensive lunch buffet, which I used to use very often. I'm hoping it will come back again. Every once in a while, there are local exhibitions twice a day, and I am amazed at the high cultural level of the people of Chofu.
