This is not only about this store but if you buy something from Bic Camera you need to know that they don't have a 3 or 7~10 days return policy. They only allow returns/refunds if the product came damaged before buying. I bought a headphone set in this store but didn't know they would put so much pressure on my jaw (I have problems with my jaw so any pressure makes it hurt). 4 days after my purchase, I went to the store and asked to return the headphones but they told they don't do that. I've bought in other stores (Nitori, Seiyu) and their return policies are great, so it was a disappointment. Good prices but at par service. The place has 4 floors and it's wide so there are many products and items.

I was trying to print some photos using their machines. One of the options to print photos from your phone is just to connect to their wifi. The connection was poor so I called a staff but he just shrugged his shoulders saying it can't be helped.

I called another staff and luckily he was able to help me this time. There was another time when my friend and I were looking for computers and the staff kept telling us not to lean on the computers. He kept an eye on us the whole time we were browsing.

We had around 30 minutes to kill in chofu and decided to step in the Bic Camera to check a few items. The place is huge and has everything related to electronics. We ended up buying a few items even though it was cheaper on Amazon. The staff were friendly and helpful. But they were very busy at times, so we had to sit and wait for them to arrive.
