I pass by this Small lake park on my way to work. It is nice and peaceful with a lot of benches. It is good place to relax while enjoying the scenery. There is also a small playground for kids. There is a public toilet as well. I love coming here to eat bento on cooler days. It is far from the main road and is surrounded by a peaceful residential area, it is nice and quiet, not busy.

私の散歩コースにくわわった小池公園。上池台一丁目の住宅地にある静かな池です。 秋になり紅葉もきれいに。夏は子ども達がじゃぶじゃぶと遊べるスペースも。池は、それほど大きくないので気軽な散歩にピッタリです。 保育園児が元気よく遊び、野鳥や景色の写真を撮ってる人も。かくれた癒しスポットかもしれません。 この辺りに住みたいな☺️と思ってしまうほど、閑静な住宅地と公園。犬の散歩コースでもあり、あちこちでご近所様が井戸端会議。こう言う所、都内ではうれしい場所だと思います。

Lovely pond in the middle of a sleepy suburb. There is not much in terms of activities(aside from a jungle gym set up on one side) but it is great for an evening stroll.

It's nestled in a sunken spot in the area, making the surrounding houses all point in downward to the pond.
