海抜20メートルの山が、公園になっています。もともとこの山に自生していた自然を生かして、更に手入れを丁寧に続けている緑地公園。メンテナンスはバッチリ。とてもきれいです。

池や川がないので、虫は少ないほう。とはいえ夏場は虫除けスプレー推奨です。新宿御苑ぐらいのナチュラル感。

基本的に何もない小さな山。小さいと言っても階段を100段ぐらい上がらなくてはたどり着かず、その小さなハードルゆえか、ほとんど人がいなくて、思い切り森林浴を楽しめます。

7月下旬の暑い日でも、この森の中にいると、目に映る緑と吹き抜ける風、空高い青空、虫の音と葉擦れの音に癒されて暑さを忘れます。

ここはかつて、1924年に世界で初めて設立された栄養学校「佐伯栄養学校」だった場所。

本当にまだ新しくてきれいな公園です。森の中にベンチもあるので、森林浴に最適。人っこひとり通らないわけではないので怖くないです。

佐伯山緑地の全体面積は3000平方メートル。公園というより、緑地保護の意味合いが強いのかもしれません。

非常に眺めが良く、大きな森の中から蒲田や馬込のビル群が見えます。飛行機が飛んでるのも見えますよ。

開園時間が細かく設定されているので、ご注意ください。開園時間以外は門が閉まっていて入れません。

今は7月だから9〜18時です。

3～4月　　　9時～17時 5～8月　　　9時～18時 9～10月　　9時～17時 11～2月　　9時～16時 1月1日のみ　　6時～10時

休園日 12月29～31日、1月2～3日
