Symbol Promenade Park ended up being one of my favorite mornings in Tokyo. I went early before the malls opened, and the whole place was incredibly quiet, peaceful, and scenic — just the way I like it.

There is a nice long walkway which is easy to take a baby cart through. You can also push your stroller on all the walkways.
It was a splendid walk during the winter. There were floor soil plants, roses and so many species of plants.
The other thing I really enjoyed was being invited onto the grass to take a closer look at the plants.
