I went here for the Oktoberfest. There's plenty of space here as it's all reclaimed land and so has a waterside feel to it. I agree with others who stated that several people like to walk their dogs here (often not walking, but pushing them about in strollers as if they were babies). As for the beer festival itself, it was fun (albeit we were all wearing masks, even though most of us have probably had several vaccinations by this stage). I reckon there could be more shade offered though. They're also missing a trick by not offering more merchandise (no tee-shirts or year-specific glasses). Still, it was good to be able to sample a few German beers that I don't usually find in Japan (I particularly like the Schneider Weisse). The ambiance was just right.

I visited the food court at Urban Dock some time back, and it was great! The Japanese restaurants had delicious food, and there were also international options available. For tourists, a handy tip: show a picture of what you want to order since many sellers don't speak English. In this case you can get what you see on the boards. Also they have free water stations there too! Overall, it's a great spot in Tokyo for a tasty meal and convenience.
