Absolutely recommend 👌 Both my partner and I enjoyed this stay very much. We were there for 4nights and the rooms were comfortable and clean, great size aswell and the bathroom was great. Beautiful skyline view from bedroom and bathroom so the light was lovely coming in. There was decent English translation and breakfast was included with our Stay and avaliable to purchase for love cost if it wasn't. Good variety for breakfast aswell which was really nice. Great location and short 6 minute walk to the main station and main area of Akihabara. Around the corner from a delicious ramen joint aswell. When we arrived we weren't able to check in yet as we were earlier but we were able yo leave our bags while we were out. We went out to teamlabs and didn't get back til 4:30-5 to check in. The staff had very carefully taken our bags up to our room already for us and carefully placed in our room. The check in was smooth amd easy with no extra hidden fees or issues. Cleaning was done every 3 days however towels, bins and amenities were replaced with option of bed linens to change if needed. When we left we were flying out at 8pm so they allowed us to check out and keep our bags there till 3pm which was extremely helpful So as I stated highly recommended. Well priced aswell.

I had an amazing experience in this hotel. The staff was lovely, every time i got in or out the hotel, all of the staff kindly greeted me. I remember when I checked-in, Anita received me, she was super nice and spoked in english with me which is super valuable for me. I stayed in the ladies floor (24th). The building is super silent which is perfect. The room had everything i needed. I was traveling solo so the space was more than enough for me. You can’t open the Windows but it was ok, i used the aircon a lot so fresh air would help me not to feel anxious in a room with no natural air, but again, it wasnt a problem at all for me. The TV is a Smart TV, perfect to Watch YouTube or whatever you want! Views were really pretty. The only thing that i think they should change are the pillows, they are very uncomfortable, it’s like sleeping on a brick. The room was spotless Location is great, pretty close from the loud center of akihabara (a block or two) but those two blocks are needed to stay apart from that noisy area. The area in the hotel is very peaceful and quiet. Can’t complain, i will be definetly be back again Thank you for everything!

My mom booked a non-smoking twin room for a day to look around Akihabara, as well this hotel is run by JR West. Location was a bit hard to find, but its next to another hotel that had some foreigners coming in and out of. This looks like a buisness hotel, there was a lot of sallarymen in the cafe. 24, 25th floors are for women only. Our room had some wallpaper damage but not visibly intrusive, and the clock that was in the room might be running out of battery, its always 10 minutes behind. My mom's bed always creaked when sat on the edge of the bed. There is a laundromat in the hotel, price is based on what loads and times you choose. Staff was very friendly. We added a breakfast service when we checked in as we were tired of going to convenince stores to eat anything.

Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review for this hotel. Staff are super friendly and the location was amazing, super close walk to several train stations and hundreds of shops/restaurants. So onto the bad part of the review, this hotel is tired, that's the best way to describe it. The bed was super firm, not by design but due to age, you could feel the springs in the bed and the lack of any padding/cushion. But the main reason for the negative review is the yellow doona and pillows, these shouldn't be used and need to be thrown out (we referred to the colour as p*** yellow). The sheets were white as snow so it made the contrast between the two extremely obvious, honestly can not recommend staying here as this really grossed me out.

Wonderful hotel in a perfect location. Few minutes walk to the Akihabara station on the circle Yamanote line which is perfect. Easy travel to other main stations and areas like Tokyo Station, Ginza, Shinjuku, Ueno, Ikebuero and Shibuya. Single room I was in was perfect for what I needed. A bed, desk, TV, shower and toilet. Nothing fancy but that's not needed in a hotel where you're out all day exploring. Breakfast was alright. Nice selection of different foods just a tad busy at times. Around 9 to 10am there can be a bit of a wait for the 2 elevators as it's around checkout time, but nothing to worry about if you get out early in the morning like I did and miss the rush. Will definitely stay again when I visit next time!!

Arrived expecting it to be like all our other hotel experiences, and while it was for the most part once we got to our room (23rd floor) we were pleasantly surprised. More space than we're used to, which is fantastic for suitcases, and the view is really nice at night. We're a little bit close to the train line, which is slightly annoying for noise, but we sleep with earplugs anyway so 🤷 the pillows were a little grainy feeling and uncomfortable. Bath was also quite large for a hotel tub. 6:30am the breakfast buffet was full and we had to queue outside, but thankfully only for a minute.
