Awesome store to just go in and look around. They sell everything from smartphones and accessories, SDcards, Cables, hair dryers, hair curlers, face massagers, rice cookers, water filters, washing machines, refrigerators, lights, air conditioners, cameras, heaters, stationary, cosmetics, food, alcohol, anime collectable, toys, model kits, and much much more. They also have some of the lowest prices so you can shop without much worry of finding the same thing for cheaper at other stores. Not to mention if you are a foreign passport holder you can shop tax free on purchases ¥5500 or higher which is a great incentive to buy from this store. Don't forget to check out the famous Gachapon wall outside the store. There are about 100 Gacha Machines with everything from anime key holders, rubber character charms, weird animal figures, tiny replica street signs, cars, to small plushies.

Prolly the most well-presented and maintained Tax Free shop I have been to in Japan. The floors are well labelled, aisle shelves are well-spaced, and trust me, you won't go out without buying anything. I have seen some model kits and other products that I have not seen in my life, so it was difficult for me to leave. (luckily, no more budget and space for me 🤣🤣🤣) Items we bought from these places were not put in a tax free bag, and it did not cause any issues on the way out of Japan. (This is just an FYI for people buying Tax Free - really confirm if you need to put the items in a tax free bag. Based on our experience, we have been told differently each shops we go to.) Also, due to the hectic business, don't expect the best customer service, they will just try to answer your questions straight forward. Fair enough with how their days go like crazy.

Informed BIC Camera staff I was looking for a USB-C charging shaver. For this model, it came with 2 charging types, namely USB-C and shaver port. The Chinese speaking staff was so pushy to drive out the sale, conveniently handed me the one with shaver port, which I couldn’t check, cos at the counter, they informed items purchased with tax refunds cannot be refunded and has to be sealed in their bag, and to clear customs with it. I only found out it’s the wrong item when I got back from my trip, and surprised that Japan could allow such carelessness of a staff. They need to pay more attention to customer’s needs than driving out a sale. Very very disappointing.
