Likes: -location, location, location-next to Toyama Station hence can choose to drive or take any bus/tram there -convenient to catch the buses-trams as mall is next to bus-tram terminal ie no waiting or late-running buses, takes only 1min to walk from mall to bus stops -afew of my favorite shops-Jupiter Supermarket, Muji, Loft, Cosme,and of course the 1st Bubble Tea Franchise in Toyama City, Gong Cha -Starbucks Teva shop
