Tsukuba City Hall — Attraction in Tsukuba

Plenty of parking, decently efficient, and ok hours. I think they're even open on occasional Saturdays, but that will be buuuusssyyy. Never really had a problem with them. I'm not sure which foreign language support they have, but I never needed it: they spoke in simple Japanese and helped me to understand. Very clean. Bad vending machines... not a good selection. Sorry, it's Japan, gotta hold them to the vending machine...

Very helpful personnel and fast response. I have been here twice to take care of residential information and my number card. Most of them have English knowledge albeit not all are fluent, but I think it's enough to get the documents you need. Some forms are only available in Japanese though so it's better to come with someone who knows Japanese or you can use...
