Make sure that you know your tides before venturing out St Aubins Fort. Check the weather reports to ensure the conditions are suitable. If there is likely periods of fog - cancel the trip due to disorientation, strong tidal currents and rocks. It's a 25 minute walk to the Fort so take provisions and wear your wellies. Read moreA lovely spot, but not open for a proper look around. The Jersey Youth Service has use of the main building and it is kept locked. You can walk over to the Fort and wander around the outside, but its mostly used for storage of kayaks and dinghies. Great views out to sea and back to the harbour... just keep an eye on...
