Terrible service, the waitress who is oriental origin was sarcastic, un professional, didn’t know the basic protocol of serving diners and rude. When I complained a number of times to the head waiter who was Italian, they both wasn’t bothered to accommodate our requests of bad preparation of food being served. He was trying to insinuate that we were lying? He also was arrogant and inept of responding to a reasonable request. We are good mannered people who were polite to the staff, pity this couldn’t be replicated by the staff. I have been to many Italian restaurants around the world and this is the worst to date for customer service and the only feedback I have left negative in my entire life for a restaurant. Came here with my family just over a year ago, it was really nice service and the food was also enjoyable, but last month we decided to go again and as soon as we entered it felt off, 0 customers in sight. they sat us down and asked if we wanted a drink so we got them. then after it arrived they said the oven wasn’t on , we came for food from an oven like pizza for instance, so they made us pay for the drinks before telling us that? Bad service. Visited St Aubin on little tourist train . Stopped at a nice looking restaurant along the front , not busy , with empty seats outside . We thought we would sit have a drink then look at menu for a snack . We'll a grumpy guy came to table said LUNCH ? We replied just drink for now and could we look at menu , he replied NO , lunch only , he doesn't have a license to serve drinks without food . So we ordered a pizza to share . And got our drinks . The pizza was not the best . But then we could order as many drinks as we liked belive it or not . No thanks , not the service we want to spend good money . Don't recommend and would not return .
