Lill is the worst attendant ever! I appreciate that The Village Bowl have a waitlist system that alerts you via SMS when there’s an open alley. As I was awaiting my text that it was my turn, my phone went off. So I asked the kind male receptionist where I can get a charging port so I can receive the alert, he directs me to the seats near the bowling alleys where gamers sit. One female agent shows me which ports exactly work. Then this lady whose shirt was written Lill stops us as we were headed to the area and says my little brother and I can’t sit there. If it was wrong why did 2 agents agree and direct me there? I tell her can my phone charge for a bit, then I’ll leave the area then because I’m waiting my turn in a bit and with my phone off, I won’t know it’s my turn. I proceed to sit next to one guy who is also charging his phone. She brings another gentleman as reinforcement to kick me out under the guise that it’s for the safety of the bowlers. Which I completely understood but these gentlemen had no belongings, food or drinks in sight. So steal what exactly? And besides, we’re here in this area the whole time. If we’re by any means suspects, they can literally frisk us. And they(the agents) are literally there watching the whole time. What happened to consideration? Dialogue? We’re just waiting our turn and that turn depends on an SMS alert to the simcard on there. I wasnt asking to stay there the whole time even. Just to have the phone on. Say 5%.No consideration at all. Safe to say I left without playing. Ruined my day after a good time at CJs, half priced books, Zucchini with my brother before schools resume. I’ve been to this alley before for my birthday and had fun but I’ll never return after my experience with Lill. Such...
Read moreAwesome to say the least. Was my first visit here and enjoyed every bit of it. The staff in this place are just something else. They go out of their way to ensure that you have fun and enjoy your stay there. Doesn't matter if you are a beginner or a pro there's always somebody there to help and give a tip or two on how to bowl. This place is especially great with friends. They provide shoes with grip so that you do not fall on the slippery bowling surface. And yeah, the shoes are clean and very well maintained although I'd recommend you carry socks just incase. There's a dj who mixes some cool jams as you carry on with your business. When you get there don't be shy to ask the staff for help because they really are helpful. The prices are fair and totally worth it, only ten dollars. First you have to go to the counter to book a session and register your names for the scoreboard display. As you wait you can grab a quick bite from the café just within the 'bowl'. The place is well equipped with ramps to enhance accessibility and so are the toilets. Oh! And almost forgot to mention there are other fun activities as well like table football and pool table. I'd totally recommend this to anyone seeking to have fun. It's group friendly and also a nice place to take pictures. This place just oozes positive energy there was really nothing to dislike....

✨️ Service ✨️
The service at Village Bowl was one of a kind. We visited on a holiday (17th June) and it was not packed. There was ample space to play and the people at the reception were extremely kind and patient. You can select the name you wish to be displayed at the scoreboard which I found fun. In case you get stuck, the management is always ready to help. I would advise first time players to play with the rails, it helps.
📍Location📍
Village Bowl is located at a convenient place and in case you get hungry, there are multiple restaurants you can buy food from. The establishment also serves food, you can enquire at the reception.
💐 Overall Experience 💐
It was a fun-filled day for my loved ones and I. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Village Bowl for those who are looking to unwind and just want to have a good time. When in doubt, seek clarification from the Bowling Alley Attendant. The one we met took super nice photos of us. We will...
