After a long wait which I didn't mind I had my appointment to put the fixed retainer back on behind my front teeth. The dentist obviously struggled with this and was not completely satisfied with how the retainer was sitting, so they simply shaved a bit of the cement off that holds it all together on the canine. It was an easy fix rather than a proper fix. They let me leave the clinic with glue that was never going to hold. I have left Malaysia now. Although they have admitted to doing a bad job, they won't refund me any of the money not even partial. It was expensive for what they had to do, just glue the metal back on (I brought them in the fixed retainer), it cost 400 Ringgit.

Now I am faced with a dentist bill again, and a simple procedure that could have lasted years has lasted less than a week. Terrible execution, I feel robbed and they are just after your money. Don't care for...

Went for my routine scaling and polishing. My first time getting treated here and was impressed by Dr Ezureen and their dental team.
