Great place .. The guides where very helpful and knowledgeable. Our Guide was Mr. Ashkanani and he was respectful and informative. There were variety of things to see and do.. at the beginning I couldn’t believe that the tour takes 3 hours to finish but time went by without us knowing. Some rooms took us me and my friend back to our childhood in the 90’s However I had 1 complaint.. The transformers and robots where aggressive! approaching us in a threatening and intimidating way they scared me although I told them over and over not to come near me I was honestly frightened.. The guide talked to them one by one but the kept doing gestures to me behind his back!! “how disrespectful” He informed me that they do this only with adults which is not acceptable not all adults are open to violence!!! and there was no way of communicating with them but to hold them aside and talk to them individually which they didn’t like..
I have to edit my review.. I went back with my nephews and niece when they did an offer and believe it or not we had a completely different experience with the bumblebee that transformers and the other robots. they were extremely friendly to the kids and to us there were so many Disney princesses who were super nice to the kids hugging them making jokes. The kids were really happy and enjoyed every single minute there.
We also had to try the museum restaurant under the kids pressure.. It was below average food wise as it contained a lot of food colouring however the kids were excited take take more pictures with the characters from...
Read moreSituated at the Olympia Mall, the museum is a great place for kids (and adults) to spend their time there. There are 2 entry times (5:00pm to 7:00pm / 7:30pm to 9:30pm) Monday to Saturday. It starts with exploring many statues of characters ranging from cartoons to movie stars. While walking around, you can meet with many characters like Batman, Spiderman, The Joker, and many more! My kids took photos and signatures from most of them. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. In the 1st hour, you get around and meet the characters, go to the scary room, and play arcades. The 2nd hour is the show. I attended the Aladdin show and it was amazing. They made prizes for Q&A at the beginning of the show. The place is clean, the arrangements are great.
At the end, you can go to the museum special restaurant and meet the actors of the show. The food is great.
All in all, the museum is one of the few professional family places in...
