Greediest servers on earth, after a hot day and a nice meal out with family, we wanted some desert, we came to this place and we asked if the water was free. we took 2 small water bottles each and when we sat down they tried to charge us for it. after we told them they told us it was free they said 1 bottle of 200ml water per plate. we got big plates worth more than 3 kd total and they took back the waters. for context we were 6 people and we wanted to share. we were left with 3 200 ml water bottles for 6 people. the staff at this place need some customer service education. never visiting again and the desert wasn’t even good....

The tall Egyptian guy who works at night is utter rude. Poor customer service makes me wonder why does he work there? if you he's going to be so grumpy.

Unfortunately, due to my lack of arabic language, I may not explain what I want clearly, so he just gives the worst dirty look.

The cashier is lovely and very friendly, though. Having said that, the food is great. But shame the poor customer experience compelled me to...

It amazing how they make this wonderful taste of Kunafa, you can enjoy with there Kunafa while you drink arabic coffe which they serving there, wha not good there are the tabels about three or four, and place out side also during the summer, hardly you will find a place so you can park you car, but any way all this will disappear once you taste the Kunafa.. make sure to order first...
