I’ve been a regular visitor to the Al Diwan buffet at Holiday Inn Salmiya and previously left a positive review due to the variety of dishes, great ambiance, and overall quality of the experience. However, after the recent closure for renovations, I returned today only to find that the buffet has hit rock bottom.

The variety of dishes that once made this place stand out is now severely lacking, and what is available is poorly executed. The taste and presentation are nowhere near the level they used to be—it feels like the kitchen doesn’t know what they’re doing anymore.

It’s really disappointing to see something that was once so good decline like this. I’m not sure what went wrong, but I hope management takes the necessary steps to fix it and restore the quality that guests...
