I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Salmiya, Kuwait, with my wife to celebrate Eid Adha this past week. Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. I would like to extend a special thank you to Mr. Hanif Shaikh, the Front Office Manager, and Mr. Kassem Al Ashekh, the General Manager, for making our stay so memorable. Their dedication to ensuring guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay is truly commendable.

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day of celebrations. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any request or inquiry we had.

The hotel's amenities and services were top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the delicious food at the on-site restaurants. The ambiance of the hotel added to the festive spirit of Eid Adha, making our stay even more special.

Overall, our experience at the Holiday Inn Salmiya exceeded our expectations. We are grateful to all the staff for their outstanding service and hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuwait, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Very Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended for Wedding Planning

We were initially impressed with Mohrez during our first meeting—he seemed professional and offered a decent package that fit our expectations. However, things went downhill quickly after that.

After agreeing to move forward, we tried multiple times to get in touch and schedule the next steps, but our calls were consistently ignored. When we finally managed to set another appointment, he showed up late and, to our surprise, completely changed everything we had previously discussed.

Prices were suddenly inflated—he quoted 800 just for a carpet, among other unrealistic charges, with no clear justification. It felt disorganized and untrustworthy, especially considering we were planning something as important as a wedding.

I’ve been using the gym facilities at this hotel regularly, and I’m very pleased with the experience. The gym is well-equipped, with a variety of machines, free weights, and cardio equipment that cater to different workout styles. It’s spacious and organized, making it easy to navigate even during busier hours.

What really stands out is the cleanliness of the gym, and for that, I have to give a special mention to Rita, the cleaning staff. Despite the high foot traffic, she ensures that every area is spotless, from the equipment to the locker rooms. I’ve seen her consistently wiping down machines and sanitizing surfaces, which makes me feel comfortable and safe while working out.
