Good food, but at what cost? The restaurant is so disorganized in service its almost impossible to enjoy a meal here.
First putting your name in the waiting list you have to enter and annoy everyone with the loud air vacuum. Waited 40 minutes. One server is always busy taking names in, people will keep coming in to put their name on the list. So you figure if you can have a good meal.
No one handed over our menu, we couldnt ask the poor overworked server too as she was busy. So had to, after 15 minutes, go myself and take the QR code metal. (Wasnt on the table.
Another 15 minutes of people coming in, busy server, loud noise from the door. Server comes in finally to take our order.
The door keeps on being left open by people coming in and out.
Perhaps another door?, use queue apps? Place QR code and keep them on all tables? Use enabil services to take orders in instead of a blue book with hand writing of a wait list? And help your servers focus on table service only.
Again, great to perfect food,...

Highly highly recommend. And I really hope the caliber of their food remains the same. We ordered wontons with chicken, pow pow shrimps, green mango salad and the Penang curry with shrimps and garlic rice. Everything was super yummy and reasonably priced. We are definitely coming back. Wanted to order desert but they ran out so quick even though they have been open for only an hour. The place is small so lower ur expectations and ur voice 😏 and service can get a bit slow during rush hour which is 3-4 pm so be patient. The food is worth the wait. So much so that we didn’t get a chance to take photos but we barely left anything in our plates so that’s a...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Phet Phet, and I must say, it was really good! The moment you step in, you're greeted by the cutest, most charming decor—think delightful crockeries and beautiful frames, all contributing to a warm and inviting atmosphere.
As for the food, it was nothing short of spectacular. We started with the wonton, which was crispy and full of flavor. The Hakka noodles were perfectly cooked, with just the right balance of spices, and the green curry was an absolute highlight—rich, creamy, and bursting with authentic Thai flavors. I asked for my dishes to be extra spicy, and they delivered! It was just the right kick, showing that they can cater to those who crave that fiery punch.
Authenticity-wise, Phet Phet hits the mark, making it the perfect spot for Thai cuisine lovers in Kuwait. I think I’ve found my new go-to...
