Dzintari Forest Park — Attraction in Jūrmala

This beautiful park has everything to keep kids of all ages entertained for at least half a day. Playgrounds for babies, toddlers, preschoolers and school age children, a viewpoint tower to climb, riding electric cars, skate park, routes for riding scooters or bicycles, ice cream stands, cafe, toilets, GoApe-style adventure park (called "Tarzans"), bouncy net adventure park...and all this close to main pedestrian/shopping streets, beach and a train station...A blessing for parents looking for a place where kids can burn all that energy. This forest park is located in the centre of famous and historic Town of Jurmala, in Latvia. The park is loaded with lots of attractions and activities and caters for kids and adults of all ages. There is a sky walk, which is basically platforms tied to ropes high up the trees and you can jump from platform to platform like a Tarzan. Also there is a calendar of events that take place around the year in this park. On top of all that it is a beautiful thick forest. Absolutely amazing. The Dzintari Forest Park in Jūrmala is a great place for both lovers of active recreation, and also for those who prefer a leisurely stroll in the crisp pine air.
