Title: Disappointing Experience at Fish&Grill Jonas Terrace

I recently dined at Fish&Grill Jonas Terrace, and I must say, my experience left much to be desired. From the overly salty pan-fried pork to the lackluster service and dismissive attitude, it was a truly disappointing visit.

The moment I took a bite of the pan-fried pork, I was immediately overwhelmed by an excessive amount of salt. It was practically inedible, and I promptly refused to eat another bite. When I brought this issue to the attention of the waitress, her response was far from satisfactory. Instead of acknowledging the problem, she casually offered a discount on the dish as if it were some sort of joke. It was clear that she didn't take my complaint seriously, and her attitude only added to my frustration.

To make matters worse, despite my request to speak with the manager about the unacceptable dish, no one ever showed up. It is deeply concerning when a restaurant fails to address customer concerns and refuses to provide a solution. It demonstrates a lack of accountability and a disregard for customer satisfaction.

Furthermore, I find it perplexing that Fish&Grill Jonas Terrace has garnered high ratings despite such glaring issues with both the food quality and the overall attitude of the staff. I had expected a much more pleasant experience based on those ratings, but I was sorely disappointed.

In conclusion, my visit to Fish&Grill Jonas Terrace was marred by the excessively salty pan-fried pork, unhelpful service, and the absence of any managerial presence. This combination of factors left me with a sour taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively. I cannot recommend this establishment based on my experience, and I hope they take these criticisms seriously to improve their quality and customer service...

First impression of the place was positive and as we sat to the table atmosphere was pleasant.

Ordering went pretty smoothly although when we asked about what’s included in the burger the answer was that it is normal burger. As the burger was for my son I wanted to clarify that and mentioned what we were hoping it to include (basically remove some ingredients).

I believe we got the “normal” burger with everything in it.. luckily starters and some other dishes were enough to cover the meal.

After we ate our main courses (which tasted good) we were planning to order desserts but had to wait and wait and wait. We waved to staff, they noticed but didn’t come to serve us. After approximately 40 minutes we stood up and I went to the bar and asked is there some problem or why we weren’t served. No problem, no discussion.. maybe it’s the language (English) or I don’t know.

Last Sunday my husband and I sat down at the terrace when the waiter shouted at us mockingly and saying that we can't sit because the table wasn't clear (there were some dishes from a previous customer). Her rudeness and antipathy were very uncomfortable for us and other customers around, and this situation made us to leave the place because it's not acceptable to shout at someone like that. If she needed to clean the table, all she had to do was ask to wait a minute or two, like any polite human being. We didn't ask her to clean the table or something like that either.
