We had an event with 90 attendees, 50 of them with hotel accommodation, and it was one of the best experiences in terms of service and staff support.||||Starting with the conference rooms, we had the room on the 8th floor for the conference. The room was very clean and organized. The view was incredible and the atmosphere was in general very motivating. The IT staff were very supportive and helpful. They supported in setting up all what we needed for live-streaming online and were very responsive to all our requests.||||For the meals, we had breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 2 coffee breaks. At all time, the food was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. There was good variety of food and the quantities were sufficient for all.||||For the accommodation rooms, the room were very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the panoramic rooms was amazing.||||What made the experience this much lovely and amazing is how friendly the staff were. Rima, Farid, Jihane, Hussein, and the IT staff were super responsive and lovely. Their support and kindness made the experience excellent.||||Looking forward to having more events hosted at Bossa Nova...
Read moreThe Bossa Nova is not in downtown or Hamra, but I would really recommend a stay here, this brand new hotel is full of quirky design features ala Brazilian Oscar Niemeyer's new brutalist concrete but with all the comforts you expect and need from a great hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and you feel that that really care... they are currently adding a new vegan menu to their traditional Brazilian kitchen. The roof top pool bar gives amazing views of the city and sea and a lovely place to unwind with a good glass of Lebanese wine. The rooms are nice, there are three sizes and its worth paying a little extra to have the space to spread out.. The furnishings are selected very carefully to reflect great design and art. You will really enjoy your stay here and an Uber to Hamra if you want to go out in the evening will cost about 12 dollars.. so it won't...
Read moreI had the pleasure of staying at Bossa Nova Beirut for 8 days earlier this month. I was absolutely thrilled with my stay. The room was spotlessly clean and everything worked as it should - ac, hot water, shower, tv, internet, etc. The mattress was very good, obviously expensive, and the sheets and linens in the room were in new condition. The hotel has an excellent restaurant and there is a small, but very nice rooftop pool. The management went the extra distance to make sure my needs were met. All the hotel’s employees were courteous, accommodating, and professional. The price was very reasonable as well. I travel to Beirut 2-3 times per year. I have never stayed in the same hotel twice. That is about to change now that I’ve found Bossa Nova. I’m going back to Beirut with a group in February and will definitely be...
