Fantastic self-guided tour of a cold war era bunker.
Myself and my girlfriend visited and would definitely recommend to everyone interested in this period of history. We chose the self guided option, which we did alone given the limited tourist numbers, and enjoyed it greatly.
The bunker is somewhat outside the city centre but easily accessible by taxi or bus, or by walking!
We met one of the co-owners and he was very friendly. Provided detailed responses to all our questions as well as general recommendations for Vilnius.

Wow! What an experience. We had the BEST time on our tour. It was fun, engaging, and so different from any tour I've been on before. I really felt like I was transported back in time. Our guide Albertas was so knowledgeable, asked all our questions, and really made this such an enjoyable experience. The place is definitely telling a story and reflecting the spirit of soviet/cold war era. There are plenty of things to see, however, most exhibitions are in Russian/original language.
