Meatbusters Kauno gatvė — Restaurant in Vilnius

Had Angus burger and sweet potato fries.

Meat had poor flavour for Angus(if it really was Angus), bun was burned... Nothing special really, but I could live with that.

Horrible service was the issue. Waitress was pissed of and had zero care about the product. She was about to put in regular fries from I don't know how long ago from a filthy bowl with salt and grease.

I pointed out I ordered sweet fries to which they turned around put in a portion and fried a minute, then the chef pulled them out dropped them on a big paper takeaway plate, didn't even season them, just packed soggy greasy fries with no salt. Everything looked pretty dirty and I get it if you are busy, but some standards would be nice.

The whole staff looked like they hate their life and I should be blamed for it. Also not sure if this is company policy, but we came 21:20 and were told that we can only get food takeaway... No dine in option 40min before closing.

All in all 2 stars and not 1 star just because the burger was not entirely inedible. First time in Vilnius.

15 years of experience as Chef, I know it can be done better and probably can find better in Vilnius...

Unhappy experience in this place, it was empty with 2 employees and both simply ignored me for like 10min, they saw I asked for help and nothing, they let me go as I didn’t represent anything. Sorry guys, I’m from Brazil and I know about ribs n meat, was actually very curious to check your food, this was my first time in Vilnius but you cannot treat customers like that. Price/quantity ratios are on point - great tasting burgers and fries, really filling, not small at all and pretty cheap at that. Got served with a smile.

Not rating the taste, choice of menu etc. - that's personal taste, but the consistent quality of the food served here earns this place solid 5 stars.

Didn't enjoy the music blasting in my ear but it might be good for this establishment - the space is quite small and music drowning out the conversations of visitors gives a bit more comfort and privacy. Next time I'll definitely order...
