The place is a malay pasar malam. It's pretty basic with the same in most other pasar malam with alot of nice smelling food and because it's the typical malay style pasar malam, very cheep food.
I won't say it's clean, actually pretty dirty at most parts with alot of pot holes on the road where little pocket of water are, so watch where you are walking because those waters looks nasty, Abit of chicken blood Abit of mud Abit of mostly what ever is giving that smell mix into the pockets of water.
