Molten Chocolate Cafe Melawati Mall — Restaurant in Ampang Jaya Municipal Council

I'm pregnant 7 months, craving for the desserts here.. i was asked to wait as there are no seats.. i and my husband requested whether we can reserve a table and will come back shortly as I'm not able to stand for very long and will be resting in the car first. One of the male staff (tall) said no reservations will be accepted as it is full. So we decided to wait.. A while later 1 table was cleared and my husband went there, unfortunately he was stopped by 1 lady staff, she said that the table was booked by someone else and they came before us. There were no one when i came to the cafe, i was first in the queue.. When my husband explained this to the male staff, he walked away, never even stand at a place and listen to us.. this is not fare. A pregnant woman can't even reserve a table and asked to wait (stand). Then they decide to split a table and let us to dine in.. Why can't they do this earlier? Very very disappointed with staff's behaviour. no communications between them. don't really know how to...

Wah lama bethol aku tak jenguk kesini rupenye dh ada breakfast set, savouries and croissant bagai ek 🤣 bagus2 good improvement. So i tried the new joiner together with my fav fondue set as usual - the hot chocoberry was okey but i think the berry taste was kinda overpowering so the coffe became double bitter. Perhaps will js stick to hot choc nx time.

I also tried the croissant. The waiting time was surely longer than usual not sure prolly the reheating took sometimes but glad it was served warm and the croissant was still soft and fluffy and airy inside. I kinda lufff it tho! But for me, the price was a lil turned off.. rm22± for a standard size of plain croissant with chocolate sauce, some sprinkles and ice cream on the side.. hurm.. might need some adjustment here. All and all, still my fav place to get my choc...

This cafe is clean and cosy. Ideal for hanging out with family and friends. A nice place for dates too. Service is fast. Staff is friendly, efficient and helpful.

I really LOVE the chocolate desserts 😍 It may seemed a bit pricey at a glance but it is reasonable due to its use of high-quality chocolate and large portion. As a chocolate lover myself, I loved the fact that it is not too overly sweet unlike the other chocolate-dessert shops that i've visited before this.

Would love to visit this place again...
