The service was disappointing, very slow, and the staff appeared lazy, more focused on grouping together and chatting rather than working.
The food quality has slightly declined. The banana leaf no longer has the brand logo, I’m not sure if the machine is out of order or if the staff simply didn’t prepare it.
The staff seemed unprepared before starting operations. I believe the set should include chili, but it was not served, even though I saw the chili container.
Cleanliness also needs attention. A service staff member was changing a trash bag while a guest was waiting to make a payment. Another staff member in a black shirt asked him to attend to the guest, which concerned me because he did not wash his hands beforehand.
I hope management looks into this. I believe the issue might be a lack of managerial or supervisory oversight, which has led to a decline in both food quality and service standards.

First, staff/waiter quite harsh/rude when answering to customer question. second, service really slow and unorganized. Waiting longer time than usual to refill food. do expect peak hours and get ready to serve your customer. Then food serve also in small quantity amount. I dont mind rice vegies and curry cause its refillable. However, we order ayam 65 - paid for rm8.50 to get around 5 small pieces of chicken. HAHAHAH. We paid for harga sekilo ayam in market to get tiny pieces. we did asked the waiter why ayam amount smaller than before or other branches - she answered heheh haah kuantiti dah dikurangkan. Whatt???? Faham harga mahal etc but at least serve makanan sesuai dengan harga.
I’ve no idea if bananabro other branches also cut down food serve amount like this???.

Read moreThis branch seriously needs a lot of work in terms of staff training. The restaurant was empty when we entered but the staff was still idle trying to figure out who to serve us. After placing the order, it took them ages to serve the craving set (other branches serve this almost immediately) with multiple staff checking our order slip and almost lingering around our table. Finally after the banana leaf was placed, STILL a lag between serving the white rice and the side dishes (fried peria, cucumber raita etc). Very very dissapointed as the staff did not know how to address customers and just lingering around not beinh highly attentive. What was most annoying was the lady staff taking her sweet time washing the dirty wash rags in the sink where customers wash their hands! Can you not do this in the back kitchen?? Seriously the management needs to take serious action in staff training.. i will not be visiting this...
