3.4 star. Now i get it. This outlet is the worst compare to other multiple outlets ive frequented. Had to wait for a long time even though had ordered in advance online. Still had to wait at the kiosk with 3 or 4 other customers on a non busy time. They didnt call your name and expect to go to pick up counter and look for it yourself. Looking for that tiny sticker on your drink cup amongst other multiple drinks on the pick up counter is like looking for a needle in a haystack. The staff? Busy or pretending to look busy. As soon as I found my drink, had a sip, it was terribly sweet even though had noted less or no sugar earlier. Because I already exited the mall had to throw away the drink as it was not drinkable. Too sweet beyond average. Plus there were only 4 or 5 pieces of ice left when i picked it up. Definitely they are saving their ice. Thank God their customer service officer within their app responded and appropriate action taken. People are supporting locals nowadays. If yall not sincere. Pack up and leave. Yall better buck up and start improving...

Other outlets, even the messed up the drinks they apologies and makes up to it properly. They treat you as a customer, not a statur. Here? The worst, I noticed that my was not at the preparation section so, I just assumed that it's finished. I stand at the counter dumbfounded, I just wanted to ask for the paperbag and cup holder. I was standing practically in front of the worker and that person just ignore me? I was there with my toddler in stroller so when I ordered I saw many customers and I understand the waiting might be a while. but after 20mins, my number hasn't been called and I asked the staff at the cashier because I saw the barista already made another orders which is not mine. When I asked, the staff at the cashier just shout like ‘ Damia check nombor order ni ‘ without saying anything to me. And Damia apparently took my coffee which already there for like 10 minutes ago and the ice already melted and the taste is not like usual.
