branch paling teruk pernah pergi, staff sarcastic, bagi seat yang payah, padahal dia nampak ada oku (wheelchair) kid w us, bila point pasal tu terus triggered by being sarcastic to my mom? lepastu we ask politely abt soy sauce n small bowl which is need to be on the table and it wasnt there.. the ur male kitchen staff simply slide the bowl and tap the soy sauce on the table??? next after we finish eat, mind u we’re 6 people here. eating with 40+ plates is normal, which is u can even see it anywhere lmao. ur male staff that same guy simply being sarcastic again!! saying “o my goodness never seen this much of plates”. “might take sometimes to count n divide them into colors” is that what were paying u for? am i wrong? am i not paying a single tax? and he kept repeat those sentences and ask us “dont u guys want to take pics? never seen this much plates bfr” and my mom ask him “why u baru kerja ke?” he’s being friendly yet rude. and he answered “tak la lama but im kitchen staff” (?). we even help him asingkan plate according colors, and simply ask “taknak jadi member ke?” buat apa jadi member, i dont even come here again. :) below is the male staff ya, mind u he’s the one who being savage duh, sarcasm, sinis. u rasa u savage sangat u bayar la our food that day? why cakap...

I found this branch did not offer same food quality (taste bland, ramen not so hot, rice portion for sushi underneath the prawn is very small). The best so far I had is at wangsa walk but now already closed.
Desert potion(ice cream) very small like want to feed kid (unlike other branches) and this is the worst branch so far having dine in at other 7 branches before.
To conclude, this visit to this sushi king branch is very disappointed experience unlike other branches, forced to eat here because wangsa walk branch already closed.
After this, if I am craving sushi, will just go to empire sushi and if craving ramen, seirock-ya will be my go to place. Hope sushi king hq take note if really serious about customers feedbacks.

I’m writing to share some feedback regarding a recent visit to one of your outlets, which unfortunately did not meet the expectations we’ve come to associate with Sushi King.
My mother has always enjoyed dining at Sushi King, and we’ve had many pleasant experiences in the past. However, during our recent visit, we encountered an issue with our order. We placed an order for one item (quantity 1), but it appears that four portions were recorded on your system.
When we brought this to the attention of the staff, they insisted that we had ordered all four and informed us that the items could not be returned. This was disappointing and unexpected, especially given the additional cost incurred.
We understand that misunderstandings can happen, but we were hoping for a more understanding response given our long-standing appreciation for your brand.
