To: Vivacity Megamall Management Date of Incident: Today, [ 17th October 2025 ] Time of Incident: Approximately 1:00 PM Location: West Entrance @ Parkson, outside the designated drop-off/pick-up area, near the yellow barrier. Around 1:00 PM today, my friend dropped me off at the West Entrance near Parkson. The stop lasted less than five seconds. My friend unfortunately stopped just outside the designated drop-off/pick-up area, beside the yellow barrier.

As soon as I stepped out of the car, a security guard immediately blew his whistle in front of me and angrily shouted at me, yelling, "Tidak nampak ka garis kuning!!"

While I understand he was doing his job, his immediate aggression and rudeness were completely unnecessary. I was like, why he had to be so rude if he couldn't speak in a more appropriate manner "Tidak boleh cakap bagus bagus ka?". I also pointed out that "we were not blocking traffic ".

His response was even more aggressive and shocking. He shouted again, saying, "Kau sik nampak garis petak kuning ka?? Mata kau jak empat ( im wearing glasses ) tapi kau sik nampak!! Siney kau kerja??!"

I was left completely speechless. This level of hostility is absolutely unacceptable.

I am fully aware that vehicles cannot stop inside the yellow line, and I respect that the security team must enforce traffic rules. However, there is a professional way to address a minor violation, and his conduct was neither professional nor respectful. If he can be nice, why did he choose to be so rude?
