Muze@PICC — Attraction in George Town

This condo may seem nice n has good facilities BUT unfortunately, it always have parking problem especially for cars in the higher level as the car lift is always spoiled or inoperative once every few days or once every few weeks. It's very inconvenient to drive so many levels up n down each time the car lift is spoiled. Imagine if your designated car park lot is at the highest floor at level 10. It's wasting petrol! You might want to consider this if you want to buy or rent this place. Don't rent or buy if your car park lot is located btwn level 7 to level 10. The management can't help much n they don't seem to hv much solution to help the residents too. Problem n solution regarding the inoperative of the car park lift always runs in circles!! This created much inconvenience to residents whose car park lots are located btwn level 7-10. Try to check out n ask where your car park lots is if you want to rent or buy this place. Everything else is superb if not for the setback of the car lift. Residents whose car park lots are at the lower level shouldn't have any...

Muze picc will be one of the last piece of land in penang island that will be greatly develop within next 10 years. Attended the hand over party, muze picc is just another great condo that developed by Hunza. The whole building structure is huge and spacious, and no matter which floor you are standing at, you will feel the windy atmosphere. Anyway, the building of the muze is facing directly to golf club which gives a very good scenery and nice view for people staying there. looking forward on the completion of phase 2, it will be very convenient for the people staying in muze just walk over to the shopping centre. As promised, there will be another review after the developer completes its remedy works to rectify all the defects. We are glad this developer takes their reputation seriously and sees through all the defects were properly rectified. Atlas not every item of the wish list is completed but at least all the major ones and most of the minor ones are done to satisfaction. This developer very lucky to have good and responsible staff.
