First impression, the place looks really nice and clean. The menu has quite a wide variety of items to choose from. The staff is quite friendly and responsive. Regarding the food. I ordered the Trio-something that has smoked duck, grilled fish and chicken. I am a duck lover and their duck is the star of the dish; absolutely loved it on how it's still juicy and the skin is fatty but not burnt. However, I can't say the same for the fish and chicken. The fish and chicken are both quite bland in my opinion, there's no flavour in it other than the egg coat. The fish was cooked alright although a bit dry at certain parts but the chicken was cooked nicely. Now the sides which is the salad, the coleslaw's mayo dressing is a bit disappointing as it still lacks flavour although its fresh. Finally onto the sauce; it comes with mushroom sauce to dip onto the meal. It's nothing special just a regular mushroom sauce but it feels it can be so much more. Overall it's alright; I enjoyed the food but wished it gotten more flavour from their grill cause their duck is absolutely wondrous. It's up to my family if they want to come back there again or no. Additionally, they have lunch and dinner promo which I took. The soup is mushroom soup, the soup itself is nice but could've been a bit creamier to enhance the flavour. I ordered a chicken curry rice that cost me RM9.80 (excluding tax) along with a hot lemon tea, but the experience was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.

I waited nearly 45 minutes in total for such a simple dish. After a long wait, a staff member casually mentioned that the delay was due to the frozen food not melting yet. This was beyond ridiculous and completely unacceptable!!

Even after following up multiple times, I was told to wait another 10 minutes, while I noticed other customers receiving their western chicken dishes before me. No apology was offered for the inconvenience caused by their poor kitchen management.
