Flip Burger - The One — Restaurant in George Town

Food - 10/10 One of the best pork burgers there in Penang or even in Malaysia. I tried 40% of the items in their menu and they all taste really good. Had my friends to try it too and they all agree too!

Price - 9/10 Price is somewhat reasonable, considering that this is not a fast food restaurant. The price range is around RM10-20 without set, you can choose the set meal with an addition of RM7.

Service - 10/10 As mentioned before, this Flip Burger is not a fast food chain. Therefore, it takes around 5-10 minutes for the staffs to cook your burger.

There was no customer when we arrived. Waited for few minutes at the cashier/counter wanted to order but the only worker there doesn't even acknowledge us (minding his own busy work). A lady from the kitchen came out (not even having the effort to come to the counter) and said need to wait for 45-1 hour to have the meal there (I guess maybe there are a lot of orders for delivery). No apologies are given though as if they rather we go away so that they will have less work. So we ended up eating other place. Too bad couldn't try it.

Would recommend the owner to take a look at...

Drop by to have a good meal with them, but with dismay that they only allow take away while the whole place is still empty and generally 45mins away from closing time, so forth for the high nose attitude to greet your customer “ we only do takeaway now” and sat right back at the chair without further elaboration.
