On 31/08/2025 at around 8:15 PM, I went with my boyfriend to visit the National Day event at Eco Gallery. While driving around the outer parking area, we noticed a family just getting into their car near the exit beside the Switch store, so we turned on our signal and waited at the side for the parking lot to be freed. There was more than enough space for other cars to pass through, and we were not blocking the way.
Suddenly, we heard loud and forceful banging on our car from behind, which shocked us as we were unsure what was happening. A safety personnel (guard/RELA) then approached aggressively, and after we lowered the window, he very rudely ordered us to move away, even though we explained that we were waiting for a car to vacate the lot. He impatiently insisted that the car was not leaving and accused us of being in the wrong, although we had clearly seen the family getting into the car moments before.
Not wanting to create a scene, we moved our car forward slightly. However, the guard continued to be unfriendly and disrespectful, showing obvious displeasure that we did not immediately obey his instructions. After we parked elsewhere and walked into the mall, he even followed behind us until I turned around and looked at him, only then did he walk away.
I understand that during events, traffic and parking can be more challenging, and we were willing to cooperate. But being rudely driven away while waiting for a legitimate parking lot, having our car hit, and even being followed afterwards, left me feeling extremely uneasy and disappointed.
So is it that visitors are not allowed to wait for a parking lot at all, and must just keep circling endlessly? This unpleasant experience makes me reluctant to attend any future events here, simply to avoid being treated...
Read moreExperience a terrible unprofessional yet rude experience from a spectacles and a bit bold hair male sales agent located at EcoWorld Botanic premise that has Jaya Grocer. We didn’t manage to get his name. He is very picky on this client and yet ignore customer at bay. He pretend unseen us, we walked towards then he has no choice he just attended to us perfunctorily. He mentioned it was the lunch time so there will no agent to serve. Little did, he looked at his phone, it was around 1:45pm. He just said “Ohhh there should be a sale agent ready.” We waited for him to introduce us a sales agent. The next thing he did was walk away once he served his customer. We end up waiting for nothing. Well, all we can say, we are the real potential client for Eco (this project is selling condominium), it’s sadly and disappointed to see that Eco hired this unprofessional sales representative. Well, you managed to lost a customer, we end up bought from other developer. We’re surprise Eco is a top notch developer which gave us such experience, we will be doubt on future pre-sales and post sales service from Eco moving forward. Maybe this may look as a small case, as you know little things may accumulate into major issues. Deeply hope this case will bring Eco Management Team attention and boost up the attitude specially for sales agent. If you need a clarification for investigation , we’re willing to do it. We remembered the face of that male...
Read moreAfter staying here for a while, I still think this place is amped up publicity by media and sellers. Although there are friendly people but still feel like there's a lot of falseness and greed in this focused area, businesses seem to market Chinese more because merchants and developers can earn more from them and neglected other Malaysian races. Nothing to feel puff about this place, quite far from the honestly fun central, the cost of living is wanna-be high here and not much choice to spend on various Johorian or Malaysian f&b...
