First time trying out here as was highly recommended by a kind hearted Nurul, staff of Caring Pharmacy next door. One waitress (from Penang), was pretty rude whilst the other was courteous, helpful & served with positive initiatives. I ordered the Tom Yum Chicken & i was literally SHOCKED when there was hardly any piece of Chicken seen in the entire bowl, just broth. It’s so deceiving from the picture in the Menu, kinda rip-off & a conjob. I picked all the whatsoever ingredients in my bowl onto my plate of rice & showed the waitress. Fortunately, she was wise & generous bcos instead of argueing with customer to defend the wrongs of her company, she instantly brought to the Chef without hesitation. Kudos to such attitude! I was halfway eating my rice & had to wait for half an hour before the new bowl returned, my rice was already cold. Thankfully, this time round the bowl was overwhelmed with Chicken meat & nothing else, no other condiments. I guess the Chef felt offended & was throwing his tantrums for losing face, sudah MALU MUKA. Such ugly attitude, the boss shld be notified & reprimand the Chef’s rotten attitude, trulpathetic human being. If it was another eatery, for delaying the dish which made cold customer’s dinner at no fault of customer, management shld compensate in kind or be very apologetic to such ugly treatment or mistreatment. Such is the mentality of arrogant eateries today, ‘if you dont like, then dont come again’. Fortunately, the Fillipino Cashier, Ms May, & that nice (not from Penang) waitress redeemed my nasty dinner experience with their noble & professional attitude. In fact, I could cook a much better Tom Yum than this useless Chef. I hope management reads this & do sthg to improve. Times are bad now & survival is the name of the game. Dont forget, ‘Pride comes before a fall.’ Until today, given 6 mths later ... Mgmt took no redemptive actions at all & chose to stay silent. Cant wait for this shop to close for good. Malaysians dont deserve such low life scums. A reflection of A HORRIBLE MGMT & DISGUSTING OWNER. Wish this restaurant go bankrupt during...

Read moreThe service and atmosphere were great—clean, friendly, and had that nice touch of authenticity. It gave off an old-school vibe, though not quite like the traditional kopitiams from the ’90s.
We ordered the mushroom soup with garlic bread, grilled chicken chop, and Wat Tan Hor Fun. • The mushroom soup and Wat Tan Hor Fun were both satisfying and flavorful—definitely the highlights of our meal. • However, the garlic bread fell short. It was heavily loaded with butter, which completely overpowered the garlic flavor. A more balanced garlic butter spread would really help improve the taste.
As for the grilled chicken chop, the seasoning was unfortunately too salty. It was difficult to enjoy, and we couldn’t finish the dish—which was disappointing. We hope the kitchen can look into the salt levels to make it more balanced for future diners.
We do appreciate the overall experience and hope this feedback is helpful. Looking forward to seeing improvements on...
