Switch @ Eco Galleria — Attraction in Iskandar Puteri

First time visiting Switch at Eco Galleria, and I was genuinely impressed. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a modern layout that makes it easy to browse. I was assisted by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff member named Aizat who patiently answered all my questions about the iPad models without being pushy at all.

What I really appreciate is how honest and detailed their explanations were — they helped me understand the differences between models and find one that suits my needs, not just the most expensive one.

Location is convenient with plenty of parking around, and the whole experience felt smooth and professional.

📝 Small suggestion: It would be even better if they could display more accessories (like Apple Pencil alternatives and cases) for hands-on testing.

Below average experience. Bought an iPhone. Staff serving us was not attentive nor knowledgeable. He also does not know his stock well. After asking about our preferred choice of colour, checked and told us no stock. This happened again for the macbook. Asked whether want M2 or M4, and after we have chosen, checked and then tell us no stock. 😓 Never explain anything about product, just ask what we want to buy. Had a wonderful experience during my visit to Switch Eco Galleria on June 3, 2025, at 3:40 PM. I was looking an ipad and assisted by miwa, who gave excellent service from start to finish. She patiently tell me the ipad price and explained the features clearly, and introduced other great products too. Her professionalism and friendliness made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.
