i had enough sia with this Institut Memandu Riakar Sdn Bhd punya cara. Once u missed out your class, they will blame you for not being alert with your date haa aku ni macam orang free 24jam duduk rumah untuk ingat semua tarikh tu kan? Nice. Dah tu no one ever mentioned about fees yang u need to pay when u missed your class. Woahh senang ya buat duit. Your class itself bukan murah tau saudara saudari. Aku tak faham lah diaorg ni. So many staff yet no one can do a simple reminder like how they done when your license is ready to pick up. I once saw they call their student for class yet today the lady said different thing hmm. Dulu pon nak cancel class due to me being positive for covid pon kena pergi centre untuk dapatkan tarikh baru like they are so goood at membebankan their students ya. 👍🏻

I literally had enough with everything. Even your teacher! Cancel me or whatever and i also will be gladly report your center as well. This is not me tryna feel entitle or what but you guys really need to improve your service! Its totally unfair on how you treat your students tau tak? I paid for your class yet all i get in return was u blame me for not being alert for my date? I have enough on my plate sis, U ingat u guys je busy? i punya 2 kerja tak busy? ishh sumpah geram. You guys are not helping at all, all you care was getting a money from your student. tu je kan? I was excited to finish this but sekarang kan macam eh malas sial kalau gini...

As an international student, I came to this institute hoping to get my license in a straightforward and professional way. Instead, it’s been nothing but a draining, frustrating, and expensive experience.

They promised everything would take a month ,it took over 3 months. They lied about classes spot availability, only revealing openings after I paid. I've now been failed twice, and the reason for my 2nd attempt being a failure was completely unfair.

During my second attempt, the examiner told me to move my car while I was on the ramp, then immediately told me to stop and when my front tires moved slightly, he failed me on the spot becausehe claimed my tires were to close to the end of the ramp even though before he motioned for me to move it was perfect. How is that reasonable? How is that even my fault?

It’s like they’re just finding excuses to keep charging students for retakes. The amount of money I’ve spent is insane, and at this point, I can’t even afford another try.

Instructors also don't speak English, which i can't blame them for that but the least they could do as an institute is tell me the truth when I ask if the Instructors I'm assigned to speak English.

I’m honestly discouraged and heartbroken. This process should empower people to drive safely not exploit them, confuse them, and make them feel helpless. I don’t recommend this place to anyone, especially if you’re new to the country and hoping for...

I don't recommend this place

-Staff at the counter is rude and impatient. *I have only encountered 1 or 2 staff that was really nice but other then that everyone else is rude and expect u to know everything. Not to mention how impatient they can get. *A staff there raised her voice multiple times at me while i was asking questions about my license. There were 2 people after me and i could tell they got the same treatment

-Teachers don't teach u very well and expect u to pass for the first time. *Almost got into an accident with a lorry if i listened to the instructor. My instructor at that time was watching a football match on his phone while i was on the road driving for the first time. *Instructor overlooked all my small mistakes while doing the circuit.

-Teachers switch all the time. (personally i'm ok with that but some people may not like it)

-Not organized at all. *It was complete madness during the JPJ test. I understand that there are a lot of people but the whole thing was so messy.

-The teachers and staff working there isn't serious *Some teachers can be late to their lessons with students. What was their excuse? Haven't finish drinking his kopi at the canteen. He was late for 15 minutes. *There can be a lot of people waiting at the office and staff can still be seen taking their own sweet time talking to each other...
