SaSa @ Mid Valley Southkey — Attraction in Johor

When my family and I were browsing around the shop, a malay male sales associate with heavy make up came approached me and tried to hard sell me. When I told him politely that I will let him know if I needed help, he felt offended and started speaking to his colleague sarcastically in Bahasa Malayu infront of us. He totally disregard our presence obviously thought that we don’t understand what he was saying. He commented “ She looks so ugly, not pretty enough yet acting stuck up, don’t buy still touch around who she thinks she is and the tall one ( my husband) also the same thing.”

It’s really an eye opening experience in less than 5 minutes shopping here. Didn’t know coming to shop in Sasa, one has to meet up to your beauty benchmark, tester can only be touch when items are guaranteed purchase.

It’s flabbergasted and speechless that such disappointing service behaviour given to walk in customer. In this already competitive retail business environment and your staff is totally not trained and equipped at all about being customer centric and basic social skills, one can see how far Sasa will...

Today I want thanks a lot to 1 Chinese girl at sasa staff cause suggest/show me straightly go to Giorgio Armani kiosk at sogo to buy giorgio armani perfume.as U know I'm lucky today because now Giorgio Armani make new gift packaging so I get add free 25 ml and get one small free bottle 15 ml.so totall I got 40 ml for free.she so not selfish different with sephora staff.Before I go to sephora and 1 girl staff served me badly.She just force me to fast make decision because Giorgio Armani perfume i want buy finish stock.Firstly I want try other perfume but I cancel because the force from that girl she also do funny thing give me 2 pieces white paper from other brand and tell me this perfume similar with perfume i want buy, but....it's different brand name okay....oh my god.Hello 6 month ago I buy Giorgio Armani perfume at sephora because 1 Guy sasa staff suggest/show me to go at Sephora because already know at sasa don't have Giorgio Armani perfume.But today I doing same thing just go to...

I want to complain on this one gay boy ( no problem if he’s gay-just want to describe who this guy is), attitude mcm haram oh my god, bergaya ye mcm kedai dia je. Sasa never said or put instruction of, “dont spray perfume on your body”. I might probably spray too much for him idk haha- fyi I spray some on my pulse area (hand, neck and chest). Its tester anyway!!! and it helps me to know whether this perfume suits me or not. And if you being really stingy about that, you can talk nicely right? and approach me privately. Not “miss miss!!
