Would ask clients to do review MID SESSION. They would ask you to do it there and there and mention what to say. Hence, do not trust the 5 star ratings. They would TAKE PICTURE of your review.

Hard selling and not honest. For example, when they are trying to sell you a package for arms, they would say "oh xyz is also covered" but when you turn up for your sessions, the staffs lasering you would tell you otherwise. When you clarify with the hardseller aka Chris, she would deny making such claims when selling us the package. After my sessions finish, I would NOT continue with them.

Secondly, other staffs would barge in the room mid session without saying anything. I had a staff pointing out my skin condition and asked me "is that chicken pox?". I was seething. Is that how you address your clients?

Thirdly, they use low settings. I had my 9th session recently and after a day, my hair already grew spiky and very uneven.

Fourth, when they shave, they would pass off passive aggressive remakes to make clients insecure.

Fifth, there's no proper greeting upon entering. It's not warm at all. I would suggest going elsewhere such as mount Austin for warmer services.

Sixth, no proper order and communication between the higher position staffs and the person shaving you.

Seventh, can stop asking personal questions mid session? I am not here to make friends or for you to dig...
