Today, I had the pleasure of visiting this shop, and although there were a few minor hiccups, the overall experience left me thoroughly satisfied. The staff's outstanding service and patience truly stood out and left a deep impression on me.

I must commend the staffs. Today was running Triple matcha B1F1 promotion, which attracted a large crowd of customers, creating a bustling atmosphere. Despite the overwhelming number of people, the staff maintained a professional demeanor and patiently attended to every customer. Whether it was taking orders, explaining the promotion details, or addressing customer inquiries, they handled everything with great care and attention. What impressed me the most was how they managed to keep smiling and remain patient in such a busy environment, responding to each customer's needs with dedication. Their professionalism was truly admirable.

It's worth mentioning that the waiting time today was longer than usual, but the staff did not neglect any customer. Despite the heavy workload, the staff handled every task in an orderly manner and even patiently explained the reasons for the longer wait time to customers. Their meticulous and thoughtful service made me feel genuinely cared for.

As a customer, I completely understand the immense pressure the staff must have been under during such a peak period. They had to ensure the quality of every meal while balancing efficiency and service attitude. Today's experience gave me a deeper appreciation for the challenges of the food and beverage industry, especially on busy promotion days like this, when the workload is multiplied. Yet, the staff remained efficient and friendly, which made me truly admire the restaurant's professionalism and team spirit.

Overall, although the waiting time was slightly longer today, the staff's exceptional performance more than made up for it. Their patience, attentiveness, and dedication left me extremely satisfied. I believe that with such an excellent team, this restaurant will only continue to improve. Thank you to every staff member for your hard work—your efforts made customers like me feel warm and cared for. I look forward to visiting again and hope this shop maintains this high...

POS girl is passive, doesn’t have service in mind.

I think we spoken more words to her than she did back to us.

I asked if membership brings any promotion, she shook her head. I wonder what is the membership for then 🙃

We had to ask if there’s a choice to reduce sugar for the drink we ordered and all she did was nodded 🥸

Did not reconfirm my order, just entered and gave the machine to tap my payment 🤐

When I told her PayWave payment, she looked through my phone screen (that had Shopee homepage on) and told me ShopeePay. What happened to active listening and privacy? 🤨🤷🏻‍♀️

A lot orders in pipeline and approximately 19/20 orders ready for collection wasn’t called out. Customers have to self-serve and check with the crew OR form a ‘waiting line’ at collection side.

We ordered cheese crisp grape boom and I overheard a customer who’s about 20 orders before me said the crew told her they ran out of grape topping so have to prepare AKA Delayed🙄

Ordered at 4:43pm Collected at 5:13pm because I saw my order on the ready-screen and went to check if it’s ready.

Serving size here is aka Starbucks grande compared to SG HeyTea’s Starbucks venti. Hence it’s not cheaper in MY than SG.

Taste wise about same, or slightly less wow compared to SG version.

A new milk tea shop has opened at Mid Valley Southkey. The shop is clean and tidy. I ordered the Cheese Matcha Green Tea, and the taste is excellent, perfectly balanced with a strong tea fragrance and not too sweet.

However, I had a disappointing experience during the ordering process. We waited over 30 minutes, and several orders placed after ours were served first. When we informed the staff, they simply asked us to wait a bit longer, but after another five minutes, there was still no update.

It wasn’t until we requested a refund that they rearranged our order. Additionally, they did not provide an estimated preparation time, nor did they inform us if any ingredients were unavailable. They explained the delay was due to a system issue, even though our order number appeared much earlier than others on the screen.
