Masjid Al-Hasanah Bandar Baru Bangi — Attraction in Kajang Municipal Council

The most happening and alive Masjid in Bandar Baru Bangi. Located in the heart of the town, very easy access for any muslim who wanted to perform a prayer or those who wanted to perform solah fardhu with jema'ah.

They also performed Solah Jum'ah here every week. Few religion class also been organised here at this Masjid during day time (Ta'lim).

Here you also can donate your cash or do the wakaf, you can come to this Masjid. Based on it's facility, they have ample parking space, huge compound of area, very clean washroom and bathroom for all jemaah, and this Masjid also friendly for disable users. At it corridor, you can find few sellers selling stuff which related to muslim perfumes, tasbih, and other muslim attire.

p/s: One of it's Imam have a voice and Quran reading style which similar to Abdul Rahman Al Ossi, the Imam of Masjidil Haram.

My go-to mosque whenever I'm in Bangi. The mosque is spacious, air-conditioned, neat, clean, and well-maintained. The prayer area for women is also well-organized, with plenty of space, and clean telekungs provided.

There are shops inside selling clothes, snacks, and drinks. For those preparing for Hajj and Umrah, these shops here got all your Hajj and Umrah stuff sorted with plenty of choices for necessary items.

This masjid was officiated on Friday, 10th March 2000 by the Regent of Selangor at that time. Masjid Hasanah had played a great role in spreading Islamic understanding throughout people in its vicinity, from students (and university students nearby), to old folks alike.

Back in 2009 or 2011, this masjid was one of the earlier masjid to be equipped with industrial fan in its main prayer hall, before being adopted by many other masjids. Now it has switched to much modern air-conditioned to keep the congregation cool during prayer times.
