Did my first hair dye in this salon by Ryan. He is friendly, clearly explain on the steps, provide suggestion according to my requirement. One that impressed me is that no hard sell and align on the price before start. Colour turns out good as well, worth visiting again. Have been returning to this salon for hair colour and one of the time being served by Isaac. He is also very awesome that listen to my needs and propose accordingly. I shared to him that I consider doing digital perm but was afraid the outcome, he even did the styling for me for free after the hair colour is done to let me experience the look and feel, also take picture and show me. He even shared tips on how to take care the hair and things to take note if I really wanted to go for digital perm next time.

This was my first time ever getting my hair bleached/balayage and I was so nervous. I’m so glad I decided to go here to get it done because it looks so pretty 😊 My hair was pretty damaged before we started but Ryan was very realistic about the care of bleached hair and gave tips of how to maintain the look. He definitely gives you options with his honest opinion which is refreshing! I also asked many questions about the colour fading out and what I could do after and he was super helpful. Thank you!

Jen attended to me, and she’s hands down the best hair stylist whom I’ve encountered. Prior to starting the chemical treatment, she gave a detailed explanation so that I could make an informed decision. During the process, Jen would constantly make sure I remain comfortable and patiently explain each step. She also went the extra mile to teach me how to take care of my hair so that the effect would last longer.

The end product looks great (my husband thinks it looks better than what I’ve done in another salon at a higher price), and the pricing was transparent and reasonable. There was no hard sell, which I appreciated.

Though there aren’t many reviews left specifically for her of yet, I strongly recommend seeking Jen’s service if you’re looking to visit...

I had a fantastic experience at Holic Salon! Their service is excellent, and I was especially impressed with the stylist director, Isaac. He was incredibly patient and experienced, taking the time to explain the process in detail and giving me useful advice.

After perming my hair, I noticed some parts were less curly, just as he had mentioned might happen. After thinking it over, I decided I wanted those parts to be curlier, and Isaac graciously offered a complimentary touch-up to make sure I was happy with the result. I really appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail.

I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend...
