1. The guards are extremely rude and purposely makes life difficult for anyone who enters the premise with luggage cause they know it's for an Airbnb unit. That is the management and unit owner's problem not mine. I am a customer who paid money for the short term unit rental and I should not be involved in the cross fire. Those who are intending to book Airbnb here should avoid this condo.

2. From what I found out, most of the grab drivers or deliveries do not prefer making trips to this condo due to the guards being very rude.

3. The lobby area is full of mosquitoes for the 4 nights I was there. I have no idea why but each time my family and I were at the lobby, all of us will get bitten by the mosquitoes.

It is going to be a long one as I have to point out quite a few things regarding these condos in Maluri. These are potentially the best condos that have seen the face of KL. The location is just amazing. It is close to TRX, Cochrane MRT, IKEA, and even a hospital. Sounds like a well-planned complex doesn’t it?
