I ordered a bulk delivery of over RM6k with Lotuss. They said delivery window between 4-7pm.
First call with Lotuss at 7:30pm they tell me the order is being delivered after 2 more stops. I have no choice but to accept this and I brief my team to stay back overtime to receive the delivery.
Second call with the Lotuss customer service, they tell me the lorry is at Jalan Dato Onn (10 minutes away from me). I tell my team to stay back longer because delivery is 10 minutes away.
This is already 1.5hours of over time and AFTER the promised delivery window.
In between, the lorry driver calls me directly to inform me that the lorry broke down and they can only deliver tomorrow.
Third call with Lotuss, the CS rep tells me that the lorry has informed them that they did call me directly to tell me that they will only deliver tomorrow. However, to fix the situation, they also tell me that the lorry has to turn back to Selayang to collect my items because they did not bring all thinking that our building is an office and we will close early.
The lorry driver then calls me back to tell me they can only deliver at 9:30pm because they have to turn back and collect the remaining stock.
Lie #1: The whole order is out for delivery and they have to deliver the first 2 before mine? Lie #2: the lorry broke down? Lie #3: they didn’t pack every item and they have to turn back to collect and deliver because they thought we will close early?
If they didn’t pack everything then why tell me they will deliver my goods after the 2 deliveries?
If the lorry broke down, how can they turn back to collect the other items?
If they already knew the lorry didn’t pick up my full order, then why make up some excuse about my office closing?
I have deliberately asked my team to stay back late and pay OT, JUST TO RECEIVE this delivery.
All of these lies are unacceptable. Lotuss’ service staff who served me in the calls today are either completely incompetent or total liars.
Don’t give customers a delivery window if you cannot adhere to it.
Don’t tell customers items are on the way when it is not.
Don’t tell customers that the lorry broke down and it can still turn back and collect remaining order items.
The blatant lying and complete disregard for a customer’s time is unacceptable and I would not consider using Lotus’s online ordering service ever again...
Read moreI stop going to Tesco Selayang already after few dissappointments visits. 1) The promotional price tag is not accurate as when i see the price at the display, then went to cashier for payment is different. Then why put the display so big at the section when the real price is not ? 2) I sometimes just go there buy few things in early morning to beat the crowd and guest what ? I came at 8am and quickly grab my things and go to cashier, few customers believe is for business buying in bulk of vegetables and the cashier staff is only 2. So i need to wait 1 hr to complete my purchase :( 3) Car park is covered is a good thing can avoid sun and rain but recently i few salesperson selling car wash item aggresively approach customer to buy their products. I reject them nicely but they are quite dissappointed and i feel like they want to do something to my car. That time i started to come less frequent. 4) The vegetables here does not seem fresh and price is also not so competitively. 5) The last visit that makes me turn off is when the cashier accidently scan extra items for me by mistake, she said cannot undo the errors, i need to make payment 1st then go to customer service to refund ???!!! WHAT!!!!!! There are many supermarkets around batu caves is much better and convenient access and cheaper, why should i buy my grocer needs here ??!!! To come here from batu caves is definitely not so convenient, i have to bumper2bumper traffic jam at jln kuching to make u turn just to buy little grocer where actually is located just opposite my place is not so worth it and not...
Read moreCame to this Tesco Extra Selayang today as it is among one of the supermarket which end its business hours at 10pm. Regretfully, when arrived there, at 815 pm, there were no trolleys which were available and we asked the Indian female staff whom was taking the body temperature of the customers about the trolleys. Spontaneously and quite rudely she said there were no trolleys because it was raining outside. We could not be digested and "brained" by the answer as 80 percents of the parking are under the roofs. We try to check our electrical appliances, but the worker was nowhere to be found. Further, at 9.45pm, we have to climb the dark ,slippery, and wet stairs to get to our car with our small children to the parking at level 2 as they have closed the exit door at level 2 eventhough it is not 10pm yet. We love tesco and amazed with the management 's effort to rebrand and restructure the business, however with this kind of attitude of its workers, no wonder they are struggling to compete with other...
