I got a butterfly cut but she didn’t do it well, she cut too much at the front and now my hair looks so uneven and not nice. And the guy stylists didn’t even know about the products they were using, all this for such a high price of RM 68, definitely not recommend it.

To your response I know what a butterfly cut is and I also know that it shouldn’t look like this, I initially asked for medium length layers, but the hairstylist suggested butterfly is more “natural” so I trusted her professional opinion, however now I regret it. I even asked another professional feedback on my haircut and they made it clear that it’s not smoothly done and that the cut is all clamped without any dimension. The butterfly layer was started too high up from the chin, and at the end the hairstylist mentioned herself that its too short for the length I had asked for which was medium length, she maintained the medium length but in a way which doesn’t even look nice, more than half of my hair is cut way too short and just a little bit is left to be the medium length. And just because I was taking pictures of my hair after it was done doesn’t mean I liked it, I was questioning it from the very beginning and after getting another professional opinion I was sure that the haircut is not well done. Also the male stylist that was washing my hair didn’t know what shampoo he was using and when I asked he was ignorant and said it’s regular shampoo and that I can add 10 rm more if I want a good shampoo who talks to their customer like that?? Especially when 68 rm is not small amount for a haircut. On top of that he was handling my hair very roughly.

Instead of taking this criticism and trying to call it inaccurate and falsify it you should take customers feedback as constructive criticism and improve on...

I would like to express my DISAPPOINTMENT following a recent visit to your salon for a promotional hair rebonding session.

From the beginning, I was pressured by a male staff member (a middle aged fat guy) who continuously pushed me to add on extra treatments (VERY HARD SELL), claiming that the rebonding cream included in the promotion was “TOO CHEMICAL & BAD QUALITY” and NOT GOOD for my hair. Despite my clear refusal, he kept recommending more expensive options!

When I firmly declined, his attitude changed immediately, he showed clear displeasure and maintained a sour expression (“BLACK FACE ”) throughout the rest of the session, making the entire experience uncomfortable and unpleasant.

Additionally, the overall atmosphere among the other staff felt negative. Many of them appeared disinterested and unhappy to be there, which only added to the discomfort during my visit.

A salon visit should be relaxing and enjoyable, but I left feeling stressed, unwelcome, and judged. I hope your management will take this feedback seriously, address the issue of aggressive upselling, and train staff to treat every customer with respect, regardless of whether they choose to take up extra services.

Thanks Jason and Rachel. I took the perm with treatment and cut package for 388 RM. I know my hair is not in good condition, as I used to bleach the front part before, so they recommended that I take a pre-treatment for better results. After that, they suggested I do rebonding as well since my hair is not straight. I agreed, so my total charge will be 568 RM. Perm with treatment: 388 RM Pre-treatment and rebonding: 180 RM (they gave me a discount)

They said the bleached part of my hair will not be too curly but I am okay with the curly results.

And today i just noticed that some root of my hairs looks like very very curly ( in photo) I hope my hair will get better if I keep doing treatments😢

Rachel is so friendly and gentle. She gave me some snacks since I was hungry during my hair session and Jason also gave good advises.
