Bought Milk Choc Shaka Lava w/ Oreo. Tasted nice and it's not really sweet. And I had ordered different flavours everytime, most of them are nice. The staff is quite patient and kind(I saw the previous reviews saying that the staffs were rude and careless, but I'm sure they had changed staffs after that.). There's also a few tables and chairs for you to hangout with your friends, the only problem is if you are going there by car, it's hard to find a car park there since the outlet is inside the petrol station. Other than that, it's all good, most Malaysians know how Tealive tastes like and I highly recommend it for foreigners that visit Malaysia to give a try for it, it's cheap and also has lots of different flavours to try it out, namely signature brown sugar, milk tea, coco, smoothies, matcha, fruit teas, etc. And there's also some foods to eat, like popcorn chicken. Sometimes there's also seasonal exclusive drinks, make sure to try it out...

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered via grabfood. Sticker description on cup was correct. But the drink on the inside were all wrong. As it was delivery order - I now sit in a own sad bubble. And worst of all. I ORDERED 4 CUPS. The seal on one cup was so flimsy - the drink was spilling by the time it arrived - they even tried to seal it twice - which was super fail cause it just worsened it. never had such a bad experience w tealive before 😭😭 never again...

I ordered hot milk tea with red bean & pearl, luckily I checked with the worker about the temperature, yes, they did ice which is totally wrong, so I have to wait more mins for a hot one.
