Deserve all 5 stars hands down.

I was not expecting to get my hair down on this day but when I walked past this salon I was tempted - not only because of the furnishing of the storefront is comforting but also - and very important- prices of each hair treatment item from hair cut to perm are clearly listed out. So, I decided to give it a go and out of the blue, I am delightful with the service and outcome overall, which I have never felt like before in any salons.

In summary, service is good, effect is there (same colour turnt out as what was communicated after some bleaching and dyeing) , stylist (Luke) is very attentive and professional (this also applies to other stylists as I overheard their communication with other clients), price is reasonable (cut - 41rm for women + 300rm 2.5x bleaching & dyeing) .

Product-wise, though I did not ask about the brand they used on my hair but I could tell they are not using cheap products and I like the fact that they do not have a range of products or brands for you to choose from as they are using the same kind of product for the price you are charged for, with no hidden fees at all - an honest business I would say. This is important as they don’t price-shame you and they are really caring for your hair quality and pocket.

Honestly, I have never felt this comfortable getting my hair done. Would I return in the future? Hell, yes.

p.s. They were nice enough to have food from next door delivered to me during the lengthy process of bleaching moments. Also like the fact that they provide water to you without you asking. Besides, the whole hair- washing and massaging process was very enjoyable....

Visited 3 times. First visit was ok, everything was fine. Second visit, I booked a week earlier. And texted them 3 days before the date to checked on my booking, no response on WhatsApp. On the actual date only found out my booking was not key in their system. So perhaps that time they were busy due to festive season was around the corner at that time. Third visit, this time i booked 4 days ealier, yet they messed up the date I booked. I checked with them via WhatsApp before depart from my place and gotten the replied that my schedule have been booked without any issue. But right after I reached to their shop, they can't find my booking and asked me to have a sit first and wait for my turn. However, 2 people at the counter searching for my booking. Most unexceptionable thing is that as they were talking at the counter searching for my name and found out that someone placed my booking on the next day. And please... Next time keep your voice down when you are discussing among yourselves, I can hear everything from the counter while sitting on the waiting bench... Therefore, definitely won't...

came here to get my haircut, so i chose the Junior cut. And when this junior stylist was cutting, i dont even think she was a junior stylist more like a trainee. She didnt understand what i wanted eventho what i asked for was something simple. She looked like she didnt know what to do, i can see my hair was ruined already with patches of uneven hair.

After that i complained to the senior stylist and he gave her instructions on what to do. She proceeded to ruin my hair even more (my gf told me cus she was watching me). Only when it looked i had no future for my hair anymore, thats when the senior stylist came to help fix things. When the senior stylist was fixing my hair, the senior stylist was telling the girl in chinese (they didnt know I can understand) of what she did wrong to my hair. So that just proved even more that shes a trainee. They charged me RM30+ for junior stylist to train on customers. Avoid this place if you...
